Paris Journal, Day 4
Day four started with a breakfast at home consisting of new, exciting products I purchased at the Loving Hut and at a local grocery store. The soy yogurt here is incredible. It's thick, creamy, not too sweet - there really is a huge difference between the soy products here and the soy products in the states - especially the yogurts. Sojasun made an excellent plain and passion fruit flavor. I picked up a package of dried vegan cheese from a Swiss company called Vegusto, and vegan plain and chocolate croissants from a small commune in the south of France called La Borie.

Later that day, I had earl grey tea and chocolate cupcakes with Mathyld of Under the Pyramids at her flat, and she even gave me a linen tie with a stud on the end! She is a pretty talented designer and baker too, apparently. Her entire flat was full of gorgeous art and meticulous little details. She ran off to the Bust Craft Fair in London the following day.
The day ended with Latin Night at a bar in Paris where Terry Hope Romera and Gentle Gourment hosted a vegan dinner and cha-cha lessons with two amazing dancers - one of which, Sarah, is actually a vegetarian. The Dulce De Leche cake they served during the dance party, paired with vegan ice cream, was so moist and delicious, and went perfectly with the rice and beans and saucy, meaty, vegan tacos we had earlier. I still have to find out what chips they served, they tasted amazing
That night, James and I wandered around the Eiffel tower. No matter how many times you've seen it - it remains spellbinding.
