The fourth Gracious Gourmand featured the satisfying creations of Chef Yoli Ouiya. Yoli’s six-course menu was rich, decadent, and integrated many fall favorites from apple-cinnamon and sweet potato to hearty soup, creamy four-cheese vegan mac, and two ‘meaty’ entrees (see the menu).
