Aside from the pain avec trois grain being incredible, I am making it a habit of having buffet petit style lunches with local European seitan-schnitzel, walnut soja cheeses, dried figs, local pears and vegetables. indulging after lunch in dessert is equally exciting, with croissant chocolat made in the French Alps and white-chocolate bars. Most of what I’m eating here can be purchased in the small grocery section of the Loving Hut, Paris.
