Chickpea & Olive, featured regularly at Smorgasburg in Brooklyn, is a farm-to-table purveyor of gourmet burgers, grilled cheese and potato salad that are winning people over left and right. I had to go back for seconds, as this hearty, succulent and tender beet patty between two pieces of artisinal brioche with tapioca cheese, tomato, habeñaro ketchup, vegan mayo and baby bib lettuce was irresistible, and the best burger I’ve had. Period. If you’re in or near New York, this is a weekend must!
